Step 1: Check your printer model name or series number that you have. 

This is usually somewhere on the front of printer or below of hp logo,  but may also be printed on the bottom of the printer's sticker near the power source. 

Step 2: hp address and click on the "Support and Drivers" tab in the main menu.

Step 3: Click the downward-pointing arrow in the "Drivers & Software" panel in the middle of the page. 

Step 4: Fill your printer model name or series number of your printer in the search box.

Step 5: Select your laptop's operating system from the drop-down menu and click "Next".

Step 6: Click to "Driver: Product Installation Software" to expand your options for downloading the driver of your printer.
